• Breathe

    Breathwork encompasses a broad range of whole-being therapeutic practices and exercises used to relieve mental, physical and/or emotional tension. During our time together, we'll use the power of our natural breath (pranayama) in a variety of ways to support you beyond this one day.

  • Flow

    Somatic practices are a way of consciously connecting to bodily sensations and regulating the emotional system. During this event, we'll guide you through practices which will provide guests with a greater awareness of internal experiences, including sensation & emotion.

  • Create

    Creativity & our healing journey can be interconnected when we open ourselves up to alternative modalities such as art therapy. During this event, we'll guide you through a practice that will encourage you to gently explore corners of yourself you may not have reached using traditional therapies.

What you'll need:

You'll be joining from the comfort of your own space. We invite you to take some time to set it up intentionally before we begin (think pillows, blankets, candles, some sage & your comfiest clothes) There's a couple items we'll ask you to have available to participate in the full experience:

  • Journal & pen

  • Yoga mat

  • Craft supplies (scissors, glue, cardstock, magazines)
